All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
All standard electric rifles & spring rifles come with a 12 month warranty.
High quality rifles from Classic Army (Proline only, not Sportline), Real Sword & G&P, ICS & G&G (Top Tech, not Combat Machine) come with an 18 month warranty
Gas powered products and spring shotguns have a 30 day warranty.
Batteries, chargers, speedloaders and slings included with electric rifles/pistols are not covered under warranty as these are regarded as 'free' items.
Warranty covers the failure of long life parts such as motors, it does not cover wear and tear (worn pistons etc), externals such as stocks, bodies, rails and sling points, or parts becoming loose through use. Accidental damage is not covered, care should be taken to store rifles properly. They should not be dropped or used to bear loads. Our engineers will diagnose the cause of each individual case.
Warranties on electric gearboxes are invalidated by using batteries with a voltage higher than 8.4V Nimh or a 7.4v Lipo battery type. Our warranty only covers items that use Blaster BBs which are of a high quality to prevent blockages in the barrel caused by mis-shapes or residue left by low quality BBs.
