Product description
Based on the AK series that appeared in the former Soviet era, the "Saiga 12" was developed as a semi-automatic shotgun. It was developed for the civilian market for hunting, but later the "Saiga-12K" with a shortened barrel for law enforcement agencies also appeared.
It can be fired in the same stance as an assault rifle, and since it uses a box magazine, it is easy to reload, making it a popular shotgun in markets outside of Russia.
A new dedicated blowback engine has been developed to achieve simultaneous firing of 3 shots and blowback at the time of firing. In addition, by measuring the real firearm, the reproducibility of each part is improved.
Features
Delivers Powerful Blowback - Equipped with a Saiga exclusive blowback engine that uses a large piston with a diameter of about 19mm.
Auto Stop System Switching - Equipped with an auto-stop system that detects when the magazine is empty and stops firing. Furthermore, by turning off the auto stop cancel switch at the top of the magazine, you can enjoy the firing operation without any BB bullets in the magazine.
Adjustable Front Sight - The front sight can be adjusted up and down with the supplied special adjustment tool. In addition, various optical sights can be mounted by attaching the separately sold "Side Lock Mount Rail for AK74" to the side rail equipped on the receiver.
Realistic Operating Procedures - The SAIGA 12 faithfully reproduces the same functions as the real thing, such as loading the first bullet by operating the bolt handle and stopping the bolt from advancing when the bullet runs out. In addition, takedown (normal disassembly for maintenance) can be performed in a form close to the real thing.
Pursuing Appearance & Accuracy - By reflecting the data that measured the real thing, the reproducibility of each part shape is improved. In addition, the receiver cover and selector lever are made of steel press just like the real firearm.
Box Type Magazine - Comes with a resin case magazine with 45 rounds and a temperature measurement seal on the internal gas tank surface.
