Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Electron & Solo, PayPal and ApplePay.
We no longer accept payment by cheque or postal order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All images on the site are as up to date as possible but occasionally manufacturers change colour schemes slightly as well as some components in the packages and images may be out of date. If in doubt please contact us to check that images are up to date. Land Warrior Sports Ltd does not accept responsibility for changes made at the point of manufacturing.
It is vital that when buying an airsoft rifle, pistol or any other Realistic Imitation Firearm that they provide the information required to prove that they are genuine Airsoft Skirmishers. This is to comply with the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2007. Each order processed that requires cancellation due to the incorrect or inappropriate information not been provided will result in a £5 cancelation, admin and refund fee.
Delivery:
We will endeavor to dispatch your package within 24 hours although at peak times this may take slightly longer. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping.
Our Chronograph is a SKAN Chronograph with is the only Home Office approved test, it is beyond reproach and all readings should be considered 99.5% accurate.
Our couriers only deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (0800 - 1800 hours) except for local and national holidays. We do not directly control the couriers and we cannot obtain a specific delivery time from them. Delivery may be delayed by extreme weather and events and again is out of our control and accept no liability for delays caused by this.
Cost of Delivery:
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total. You can select your preferred method of delivery from the options displayed at the checkout. Please select the correct option for your country to ensure that your order is not delayed. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and costs but this is usually done in your favour and you will be informed by email.
In addition to this, if our courier cannot deliver goods to a premises and the goods are returned to LWA then the customer will be charged for the delivery back to LWA and then charged for a second delivery.
Important
All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied the contents are not damaged. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked" or "damaged". If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult to claim compensation from the courier for you.
Standard UK shipping will be sent UPS (max 20kg), all Realistic Imitation Firearms will be sent this way without exception.
For heavy non RIF purchases we use Parcel Force (max 30kg).
We may opt to send orders by another courier of our choosing.

Delivery Schedule:
We will aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving the order, if the order is received on a business day morning we will endeavour to despatch it that day. Orders for RIFs may take 48 hours as we test and chronograph each rifle before shipping. Please bear in mind that we do not control the couriers, all courier deliveries will be Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. If you miss the delivery it may be returned to Land Warrior Airsoft. If you require a redelivery an additional payment for postage will be required.
Back Orders:
On the rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Website pricing:
Prices vary from season to season and we are also able to offer a price match service for against any other company in the UK who has the same item in stock. Must be the identical product, size and colour. Price matches can only be assessed before the order is placed. We have the right to refuse a price match for any reason.
Tax Charges:
From 1st January 2011 VAT is charged at 20%
Credit Card Security:
When the order is placed at our website your payment is processed by a secure payment system on behalf of Land Warrior Sports Ltd. We do not hold your card details in store.
Guarantee:
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.
All electric rifles, spring rifles and electric pistols come with a 12 month warranty. Batteries, slings, speedloaders and chargers included with electric rifles/pistols are not covered under warranty as they are regarded as 'free' items.
Some high end rifles have a longer warranty, if you are unsure please check with the store.
Gas pistols, gas rifles seals and parts that require maintenance have a 30 day warranty.
Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact Land Warrior Airsoft immediately (info @ landwarriorairsoft.com) to discuss your problem.
THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have 14 days from the day after you received the goods to cancel this contract.
You do not have to give a reason.
You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel.
You can complete and submit the model cancellation form below or any clear statement on our website (insert address) and we will acknowledge receipt of it by email without delay.
You must send notice of cancellation before the 14 days have expired. EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
You will receive a refund of all payments including the basic costs of any delivery charges.
Unless you agree otherwise the refund will be by the same payment method. No fees.
We may make a deduction if the goods have lost value because you handled them more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
However, if goods were supplied you will have to arrange their return to us not later than 14 days after your cancellation. The refund will then be made not later than 14 days after their return or evidence of their return, whichever is the earliest.
If you requested the service began, and then later cancelled, within the cancellation period, then you must pay an amount in proportion to what has been done in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 14 days and must be "AS NEW", un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging including manuals and free items.
Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 10%.

How do I get my Land Warrior Sports Ltd product repaired under its warranty?:
If a product proves faulty within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately. We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of the Warranty:
Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
Exclusions
The Land Warrior Airsoft warranty does not include any the following:
-Anything that is against manufacturers guidelines
-Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
-Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
-Any routine maintenance required
-Any faults arising from misuse, including high voltage batteries and gas too powerful for the item.
-Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Land Warrior Airsoft
-Any upgrades that have been installed in the product other than those done by the Land Warrior Airsoft engineers
-Any faults arising from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's. We recommend only Blaster, Madbull, G&G, Excel and King Arms BBs
-Any battery than an 8.4v Nimh or 7.4V Lipo has been used unless the manufacturer specifically states the rifle is able to accept higher voltage batteries.
-If a Gas Blow Back or Gas Non Blow Back product is being covered under our warranty then our warranty will be void if the item has been used with a gas deemed too powerful for the conditions.
-Any Feet Per Second (FPS) variance. This may be different from the indicated FPS as this is only a guideline.
-External damage or wear and tear.
-Damage caused to batteries from improper use
Your Land Warrior Sports Ltd warranty is also invalidated if:
The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format, this includes all internal upgrades.
Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) have been carried out by any non Land Warrior Airsoft or other authorised personnel.
A fault has arisen from the use of poor quality sub standard BB's
Gas deemed to powerful for the conditions has been used in Gas Blow Backs or Gas Non Blow Back operated items.
