How Warrior Rewards Works
- Earn points: Receive 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases online.
- Pending points: Points are held as pending for 30 days to account for any returns – you'll only keep points on items you retain.
- Redeem points: Convert your points into vouchers for money off future orders. The higher your loyalty group, the better the redemption rate (up to 4% rewards value).
- Track progress: Log in to your account to view your current loyalty group, available points, pending points, and spend progress.

What are Warrior Rewards?
Warrior rewards are points that, as Land Warrior Airsoft member, you’ll earn every time you make a purchase. You can then put these points toward your next purchase or save them up for future purchases. Terms & Conditions apply.
What are my points worth?
You'll earn one point for every pound spent. This then converts to 1% cashback. As you move through the tiers, you will be rewarded up to 4% cashback.
How do I earn rewards?
As a Land Warrior Airsoft member, you will earn rewards every time you make a purchase with us. All you need to do is create an account. You currently only earn points on purchases in GBP (British pounds).
I already have an account, how do I sign up?
If you already have an account with us, you don’t need to do anything. As an account holder you will automatically join the Land Warrior Airsoft Warrior Reward scheme.
How do I use my rewards?
When it’s time to pay at the checkout, you will find a section called ‘Loyalty Points’ which shows the cash value of your points. Here, you can enter the amount that you wish to use for your purchase, and this will deduct from the cost of your total order. If you have enough points to cover the entire cost of your purchase, this will create a free order.
Why do my points not match the total value?
You only earn points when you make a payment with us. That means if you have chosen to use your points to make a purchase, you will not earn points.
Can I save up my reward points?
Yes, you can choose to save up your reward points. You can spend them as and when you like.
Can I use my rewards in store?
No. Warrior Rewards is an online loyalty programme only.
Where do I find my rewards balance?
Log into your account and you will see your rewards balance on the left-hand side under your name. You will see your current loyalty group level, your available loyalty points and your pending loyalty points too.
What are pending points?
We hold your rewards for 30 days to ensure you only receive rewards for the purchases you keep, and these rewards will show as pending points. You will not receive rewards for returned purchases.
