Looking to upgrade your airsoft rifle or pistol? Our Land Warrior Tech can help. Our technician has over 20 years of experience and has been taught by Classic Army, G&P, Real Sword, and Magpul PTS, so you know your repair or upgrade will be in good hands.
Repairs
Rifle repairs depend on the condition of the rifle and the availability of parts. However, if your rifle is down, we will do our best to get it up and running again.
Please note that we don't offer repairs or upgrades on gas rifles, gas pistols or AEP pistols.
Upgrades
Rifle upgrades vary depending on what you’d like done. This could be a full rebuild, or something smaller such as a new hop-up unit or hop-up bucking. We’ll advise on what’s possible depending on your requirements and available parts.
Please note that we don't offer repairs or upgrades on gas rifles, gas pistols or AEP pistols.
Pricing
Our tech rate is a flat rate of £60 per hour. This price does not include parts. Customers will be expected to pay for any extra parts needed to complete the repair or upgrade.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround depends on how many rifles we currently have booked in. We aim to start your rifle around two weeks after it is booked in, but during busy periods it could take 4–8 weeks for your rifle to be ready.
Posting & Delivery Information
If you want your item repaired by posting it to us, customers must post the gun themselves. Delivery to us is entirely the customer’s responsibility, and Land Warrior is not responsible if the rifle is not delivered or is lost in transit. Customers will also need to pay for return postage. We will provide a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
Local Drop-Off
Local customers can drop their guns off in the shop and collect them once the work is complete.
Payment & Collection
Upon completion of your tech work, you will receive an email from the technician detailing what has been done, along with an invoice for the work completed. This bill must be paid in full before the gun can be collected or posted back.
Warranty
Each piece of work completed by our technician comes with a limited warranty, covering only the parts our technician has installed. Altering or opening the work completed by our technician will void the warranty.
